We are currently looking for Admin Assistant who plays a crucial role in supporting the HR & Admin team and ensuring the smooth operation of HR & Admin activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR & Admin team, including data entry, filing, and managing documentation
Assisting in scheduling meetings, service bookings, and inspections
Performing general office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing office supplies, printing, scanning, mailing, and etc.
Coordinate servicing and delivery schedules
Welcoming visitors and assisting internal/external clients when required
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:-

Strong administrative and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
