About the Role

We're expanding our team and introducing a

new Administrative Assistant position

to support daily operations and enhance cross-departmental efficiency. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in a structured, collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities


------------------------

Front Desk & Office Coordination



Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner Manage incoming calls and direct them to relevant team members Oversee meeting room bookings and upkeep

Mail & Supplies Management



Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and courier items Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies

Vendor & Procurement Support



Coordinate basic office maintenance and liaise with external vendors Assist with purchase requests, approvals, and invoice verification

Team & Event Support



Help organize internal company events and staff activities Provide general administrative and clerical support Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements


----------------

Singaporean citizen (due to quota limitations) No prior experience required -- training will be provided Responsible, organized, and self-motivated Strong interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Willingness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment
