Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Office Coordination
Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly manner
Manage incoming calls and direct them to relevant team members
Oversee meeting room bookings and upkeep
Mail & Supplies Management
Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and courier items
Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies
Vendor & Procurement Support
Coordinate basic office maintenance and liaise with external vendors
Assist with purchase requests, approvals, and invoice verification
Team & Event Support
Help organize internal company events and staff activities
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements

Singaporean citizen (due to quota limitations)
No prior experience required -- training will be provided
