We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our office operations and provide administrative assistance to various departments.
Main Duties

Handle office administration and ordering of supplies (stationery, pantry items, business cards, etc.)
Assist with new employee orientation and training coordination
Maintain staff records and personnel files confidentially
Process insurance matters and claims
Organize and maintain filing systems
Track staff attendance, leave, and overtime
Assist with payroll processing
Support Leasing Manager with agreement monitoring
Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger tasks
Collect payments and prepare aging reports
Verify customers' invoices
Prepare invoices to customers based on quotations
Process payments to contractors and suppliers
Prepare month-end journal entries
* Maintain fixed asset records
