Admin Assistant (Office Support)





Roles & Responsibilities:


Processing of supplier, sub-contractor invoices and weekly workers petty cash claims Coordinate with sub-contractor for on-site measurements Coordinate with materials supplier for ordering General adminstative duties
Requirements:


Those with past experience in renovation / construction industry are preferred Minimum 2-3 years admin experience preferred Good working attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Independent, energetic and presentable
