Roles and Responsibilities



Manage the facilities hotline and administrative email, ensuring all inquiries and requests are promptly directed to the appropriate departments or personnel. Assist in the review and coordination of documentation related to contracts management, payment claims, and PRCC (Project Review and Cost Control) processes. Register, track and update dockets, ensuring accurate data compilation for monthly operational reports. Maintain accurate records of expenditures and inventory and assist in monitoring budget usage. Ensure proper filing, organization, and retrieval of physical and digital documents in compliance with company policies. Prepare and consolidate monthly reports, including data on carpark collection and other operational metrics. Coordinate and follow up on invitation to quote (ITQ) processes with contractors and vendors.

Qualification Requirements



Minimum GCE O level

Preferred Skills / Others



* Minimum 2 years of field experience in administration.
