To perform administrative duties in a reputable local employment agency established more than 20 years.
Detailed Responsibilities
Assist the directors in daily recruitment matters
Online work passes application, issuance, renewal, appeal
Advertise for job openings via different channels and perform preliminary screening
Attend customer enquiry via WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.
Invoicing & payment follow up
Quote, issue & renew clients' insurance policies when required
Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
Must be MOM CEI attained
At least 2 years relevant experience in HR or EA matters,
familiar with entire workflow of recruitment process
Nice attitude and good patience
Independent & Meticulous
Good command in MS Office
Be sales oriented and alert to new business opportunities
Benefits
5 days work/week (44 hours per week, Mon to Fri: 9am-6.30pm)
