Job Scope





Manage work pass applications and renewals Arrange insurance bond for workers Register training courses and monitor certificate expiry Prepare man-year applications and record man-year allocations Updating of payments received from customers Prepare documents requested by accountant (Quarterly GST, Annual General Meeting) Purchase materials for projects Prepare safety documents for Workplace Safety and Health OHSAS18001 as requested by auditor Any other ad-hoc admin duties



Job Requirements





Experience in administrative role advantage fresh also can apply Proficiency in English Proficiency in MS Office Has strong communication skills (verbal and written) * Quick learner with a positive attitude
