Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry and document filing
Prepare quotations, invoices, and related documentation
Compile and organize service reports with photos
Coordinate job scheduling and communication between departments
Support daily operations and carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Proficient in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates)
Minimum N-Level / O-Level qualification
* Competent in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
