LT SAMBO CO., LTD.' is seeking an experienced and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Jurong East West Region. This full-time role will provide vital administrative support to our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities.


Responsibilities:



Assist in Work Permit application and related matters. Attend to worker enquiry. Assist in purchasing, insurance, invoice verification, letter preparation Government license application and renewal General administrative duties to support our daily operation in construction activities. Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Requirements:



Diploma and above With similar working experience in Construction sector will be advantage. Those without working experience may consider. Responsible, meticulous, multi-tasker, self-initiative, resourceful, good team player Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Working location: Jurong West Fast paced working environment
