Provide general administrative and clerical support
Handle data entry, filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
Assist in processing insurance applications, policy renewals, and claims documentation.
Maintain and update customer records accurately in the system.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and agents.
Support in generating reports, tracking submissions, and monitoring pending cases.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.
