Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management team.
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
Handle data entry, filing, and record maintenance accurately.
Coordinate internal communication and follow up on assigned tasks.
Support meeting arrangements, scheduling, and logistics when needed.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Can speak English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients.
