To perform administrative duties in a established local logistic trading company located at North/Northen-West Singapore.
Detailed Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in daily admin matters (record purchase order, issue invoice, delivery order, etc.)
Attend customer phone enquiry, take orders via phone call.
Sending/receiving emails, drafting letters, etc.
Coordinate between office and drivers
Issue invoices and record purchases
Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
Minimum N level
Able to get along with team members
Independent & Meticulous
Good command in MS Office
To work 44 hours per week (Mon to Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm)
- Work place at north area, candidates stay at Woodland, Sembawang will be more convenient
