Accountable for performing receptionist including receiving/directing telephone calls, retrieving incoming faxes/emails, coordinating visitors and guests to meetings etc. Accountable for providing administrative support to head-office Accountable for upkeep of general records, stationery and office equipment Ensures office supplies such as stationery, refreshments, toiletries etc. are replenished Liaises with suppliers, source for quotations and arranges for printing of letterheads, name cards etc. Arranges for dispatch Performs HR duties when required Submit Daily report timely to reporting manager * Performs other duties as assigned
