Restock office supplies & pantry refreshments
Manage company insurance records
Manage list of vehicles in the company(Renewal of Road tax, COE, Insurance)
Upkeep record of company maintenance(E.g. Mosquito fogging record, cleaning record)
Maintain & update workers records and files
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Liaising with Clients and Monitor Job Schedule
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field.
Able to work independently and multi-task efficiently
Positive work attitude and display initiative to resolve problems independently
Resourceful and Team player
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field
