We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Admin Assistant

to support our

Administrative, Operations, and Purchasing

functions. This role involves a blend of general office administration and operational support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily office activities while assisting with routine purchasing transactions and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.





Administrative Duties:



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. Handle incoming and outgoing communications such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and filing systems to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents as required. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and visitors. Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and office activities. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management. Assist in the buying and sourcing of items based on operational and project requirements.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
