Job Description

We are a carpentry furnishing contractor looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.


s:





handle customers enquiries (phone calls, FB, WhatsApp etc) prepare business related documents (e.g. invoice, quotations) proper filing and documentation of all business documents (e.g. invoices, payment records, quotations, drawings) schedule meetings with customers and organize team calendars
Requirements


minimum GCE 'O' level or equivalent 2 years of experience in similar filed required proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel) able to communicate verbally and written in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking customers and workers) attention to details will be an advantage
