Job Description


s : -

  • Provide administrative support for Office/Accounts/Sales/Logistics/Operations
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing Systems & CRM Databases
  • Handling calls, emails & attend to Customers\' Queries
  • Issue Invoices & Receipt, Monitor & Follow-Up Aging Invoices
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned


Requirements : -

  • High Competence in Computer Skills
  • Good communication & Interpersonal Skills (Verbal/Written)
  • Meticulous, Self Motivated, Well organised & able to Work Independently
  • Ability to Multi-task & work under pressure, Consistently meet deadlines & follow through the progress
  • Self starter with hands on attitude & team spirit
  • Able to travel to Paya Lebar
