Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Kallang
Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus

Main Responsibilities:
Place orders, and coordinate shipments with suppliers and forwarders, and receiving goods.
Assist in pricing-related tasks, which may include monitoring and updating price information.
Liaise with the warehouse team for address and resolve shipment and inventory issues.
Generate weekly inventory reports.
Working closely with other departments such as Sales, Technical, and Customer Service.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
Minimum "O" or "A" level education or equivalent.
1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Ability to use advanced features in Excel, such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, power query, and other Excel formulas will be a plus.
