Provide excellent customer service to make course attendees feel welcome
Provides accurate and timely responses to public enquiries for the relevant course
Ensure course registration is done on a timely manner while ensuring accuracy of the attendees\xe2\x80\x99 details and completed payment before the course commences
Work closely with the team in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to promote our courses through various outreach efforts such as email marketing, EDMs, Mailers, etc
Ensure smooth operation of training programmes - virtual classes over zoom, or face to face classes
Preparation of logistics, materials, ordering of catering, setting up zoom meetings, evaluation forms
Assist the team in any other administrative/logistic work
Maintain accuracy of information on our in-house systems and servers
Send follow-up emails with documents like Certificate of Attendance, Invoice and Receipts etc
Taking down minutes of meetings
Preferred Competencies:
Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google range of apps.
Meticulous and shows pride in the accuracy of work
Excellent time management and organisation skills with proven ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
Customer-service oriented with a passion to exceed client expectations.
Prior background in administrative work preferred
