Assist in preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
Support sales and accounting departments to ensure successful sales and financing transactions
Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
Manage bank book through recording financial inflows and outflows for bank reconciliation and daily reporting and forecasting for payments and deductions
Provide internal stakeholders with necessary administrative support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Skill Requirements
Proficient in English
Proficient in MS Office and computerized accounting systems
Possess good interpersonal and communication skill
Other Requirements
Meticulous and able to multi-task
Team player with positive work attitude
Singaporean, prior experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage
