Job Description


Basic Info

  • Working days/hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
  • Approximately 3-4 off site programme/events per month (weekdays) until 10pm (compensated)
  • No work on PH or weekends
  • Convenient working location (Queen Street / Bras Basah MRT)

Duties
  • Call and email F&B outlets (restaurants/hotels) to participate in the various programmes
  • Email F&B outlets for marketing/PR materials, menu and operations details
  • Create spreadsheets for tracking/internal circulation
  • Access reservations portal and communicate details with participants/team members

Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word / Excel)
