Job Description


:

  • New hire liaising local/foreigner process with HR
  • Staff Leave/MC/Claim/Attendance
  • Develop filing system
  • Weighing Tickets/Service Vouchers management
  • Raising & follow up on PR/PO
  • Liaising Tax invoices with Finance
  • Ordering of Consumables for Ops & Stock Take
  • Source for Quotes or Parts required by department & Liaison with Vendors
  • Follow up on contract\xe2\x80\x99s start & expiry and maintaining Service Request Forms from BD
  • Updating and Maintaining company policies and procedures/training/WSQ Courses
  • Submission of monthly waste report to clients monthly
  • Submission of all NEA IPs/Approved IPs to Finance monthly
  • Follow up vehicles inspection/Road Tax/PM
  • Submission of GWC licence Annually
  • Follow up on OTCs/Compactors/Trucks annual NEA Inspection

Job Requirement:
  • Secondary School/NITEC, \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d/ \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Levels, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • At least 1 year in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Experience in carpark management is a plus.
  • Meticulous in handling figures with good eye for details.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude.
  • Possess good inter-personal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
