Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To assist financial consultant specializing in corporate and general insurances
  • In-charge of administrative matters related to clients\' servicing issues
  • Claims processing and tracking of claims
  • Client servicing
  • Processing and submission of clients\' documents
  • Reply emails to clients\' queries
  • Helping consultant keep good administrative record of clients\' documents
  • Any other administrative works required
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Apps
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle the pressure of meeting tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and resourceful with good multitasking and organisational ability
