Job Responsibilities :
  • Personal Assistant to support the director.
  • Assist with Company emails.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle the job properly
  • Provide office administrative support
  • Ability to perform Ad-hoc duties assigned.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office apps and email.
  • Basic Data entry.
  • Answer and direct calls as required.
  • Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
  • Correspond with insurers and clients regarding policy information
  • Organize and file daily documents
Job Requirements:
  • Preferred minimum Diploma holder
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Basic Skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Words.
  • Good team player with positive attitude
  • Being bilingual in written/spoken both English and Mandarin will be an advantage (to handle enquiries from Chinese speaking clients)
  • Singaporean and non locals welcomed.
