Roles and Responsibilities

• Set document control, retrieval and standardisation across the Company.

• Ensure the completeness and correctness of all documents pertaining to the project.

• Upload and distribute all required documentation in accordance with procedures and file naming conventions.

• Ensure timely processing & distribution of documents to concerned parties when necessary.

• Ensure that all documents are scanned and uploaded into project folder.

• Manage the review of documents received for archiving and ensure relevant metadata tagging in order to allow easy & accurate retrieval in future.

• Oversee the upload & archiving of relevant documents attained through written correspondences and request.

• Provide regular support to all end users whenever required to ensure fast & efficient retrieval of documents.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in an admin support/operations support / site office administration role.

• Experienced in construction site office admin support.
