Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
Accurately input and update data in various systems and databases.
Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information for data entry tasks
Post and manage HR listings for recruitment efforts
Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure accurate and timely posting of job openings
Assist in organizing and scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
Min. \xe2\x80\x98O\' level; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is a plus
Familiarity with HR processes and recruitment is advantageous.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
