Job Description


  • Responsible for air ticket, hotel booking and visa applications
  • Assist to check on travel and insurance claims
  • Responsible for attendance reports
  • Maintain inventory for pantry items and order stationeries including name cards and letterhead
  • Arrange servicing on company facilities
Job Requirement
  • Nitec holder and above
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in office administration
  • Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
