Provide administrative support to the Operations team to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner.
Assist with sourcing and purchasing duties.
Prepare invoices, data key-in and submission of regularly scheduled reports.
Coordinate paperwork relating to meter reading, carpark system, M&E services and other operational processes.
Assist in the documentation for handling of renovation works and reinstatement cases.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration and/or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience in Administration.
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Organized, meticulous and independent.
