: \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform help desk duties, respond to incoming calls, greeting visitors and managing hospitality needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer all inquiries requests or complaints received through the telephone and to keep proper records of such inquiries, requests or complaints. \xe2\x80\xa2 To manage the mail operation within site, including logging incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and assisting with mail-outs if required. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate records of payments made by residents, including facilities charges and maintenance fees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange meetings as requested by the Condo Manager and prepare all necessary documents for these meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 To implement procedures and or adhere to policies processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Be vigilant and alert, and report any abnormal issue. \xe2\x80\xa2 To provide administrative support to facilities related functions only. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
