  • Assist in office administration, documentation, and data entry of invoices
  • Office administrative matters such as filing, copy/fax
  • Attending to incoming calls and handling of mails
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation
  • Ad-hoc duties as instructed
Ideal ProfileJob Requirements:
  • Min 1 year of admin experience
  • Min education: GCE N Level
  • Meticulous
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in learning
