Job Description

Job responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings. Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with various departments to support organizational goals and initiatives. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.


Job requirements:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
