Job scope:

• Setting up appointments with customers and coordinate technical teams on confirmed appointments
• Generation of invoice/quotation and facilitate customer\'s payment
• Inventory management - Purchase items from various suppliers
• Data entry of sale and purchase invoices, appointment and after sales records, and employee\xe2\x80\x99s overtime and leaves record
• Handling customer enquiries on various platforms such as whatsapp, email, facebook
• Reply customer enquiries on whatsapp
