1. Job Purpose\xe2\x80\xaf a. Place orders confirmed by the manager.\xe2\x80\xaf b. Stock in and\xe2\x80\xafItemise\xe2\x80\xafstocks received.\xe2\x80\xaf c. Distributes stocks to all stores based on entitlement.\xe2\x80\xaf d. Perform inter-store transfers.\xe2\x80\xaf 2. Key Task\xe2\x80\xaf a. Place orders for stocks which need replenishment in order track system. To ensure data accuracy for orders placed.\xe2\x80\xaf b. Itemise and distribute stocks to stores according to entitlement set for each stores and product line.\xe2\x80\xaf c. Review the distribution report and follow up on the inter-store transfer\xe2\x80\xafon a\xe2\x80\xafweekly\xe2\x80\xafbasis.\xe2\x80\xaf d. Ensure that stocks\xe2\x80\xafare delivered to stores promptly upon receipt\xe2\x80\xaffrom suppliers.\xe2\x80\xaf e. Ensure that stocks at HQ are kept within the agreed inventory target.\xe2\x80\xaf\xe2\x80\xaf f. Handle the\xe2\x80\xafrepair and plating\xe2\x80\xafwork\xe2\x80\xafof the\xe2\x80\xafassigned lines. Inform MM of damaged stocks for melting.\xe2\x80\xaf g. Manage CMO of\xe2\x80\xafthe\xe2\x80\xafassigned\xe2\x80\xafproduct lines.\xe2\x80\xaf h. Generate and\xe2\x80\xafdeliver\xe2\x80\xafprice tags to retail floor on the same day\xe2\x80\xafwherever a\xe2\x80\xafprice change\xe2\x80\xaftakes place.\xe2\x80\xaf i. Ensure all\xe2\x80\xafexhibition\xe2\x80\x99s stocks are counted and tally with the stock list before and after the\xe2\x80\xafexhibition.\xe2\x80\xaf j. Ensure that stocks in Exhibition accounts are retagged whenever there is a price revision.\xe2\x80\xaf k. Ensure that\xe2\x80\xaftrade in/ Sales return\xe2\x80\xafmerchandise\xe2\x80\xafis\xe2\x80\xafdealt with promptly.\xe2\x80\xaf\xe2\x80\xaf l. Update future payment file for external purchases.\xe2\x80\xaf m. Ensure stocks sent to external suppliers for repair/exchange are returned within the agreed time.\xe2\x80\xaf n. Any other\xe2\x80\xafadhoc\xe2\x80\xafduties as per assigned.\xe2\x80\xaf\xe2\x80\xaf Candidate must possess at least a NITEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably candidate specializing in Merchandising or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
