Admin Assistant (sub Contracting)

Job Description

:

  • Maintain and update database of all subcontractors.
  • Prepare and liaise with subcontractors on the submission of documentation.
  • Process all purchase requisition and material issuance to subcontractors.
  • Maintain and update work orders in the system.
  • Maintain and update vendors assessment for new and existing contractors.
  • Handle billings and invoicing matters of subcontractors with Finance department.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
  • Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business studies or equivalents
  • At least 2 years of related working experience, preferably Marine & Offshore industry
  • Meticulous, positive mindset and possess "Can-do" attitude.
  • Team Player, resourceful with sense of responsibility.
  • Culturally adaptable.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
