About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in recycling technology. They are located in the West of Singapore and provide shuttle bus service during commute hours. As they continue to expand, they are looking for an Admin Assistant to manage the filing and documentation for the office paper work.
Your responsibilities include:
- Admin duties including date entry and filing
- Supporting the Directors in meeting booking
- Facilitating on report generation on weekly and monthly basis
- Working with the team in office management
- Maintaining proper documentation and filing
- Other ad hoc tasks in administration
The Successful Applicant
Successful candidate must have
- at least 2 years of experience in office admin in order to understand the requirements
- familiar with Microsoft Office
