Job Description

Minimum Requirements:



A-level Holder / Degree Holder / Diploma Holder Experienced in customer service and is comfortable with speaking to parents over the phone or face-to-face Pleasant disposition and good attitude Willing to learn and take on assigned ad-hoc projects as and when Proficient in Microsoft Excel Able to commit Mon and Sun shifts

for the period of November 2025 - October 2026 (extendable)

Fast learner, on-the-job training will be provided

Working Hours:



Weekday: 3.30pm - 9.30pm (2 weekdays)*
Weekend: 9.00am - 5.30pm (1 weekend - Sunday)*

Location:



Tampines Kovan (relief duties if and when required)

Responsibilities:



Handles day-to-day operations at our tuition centre, eg. collecting payment, notes printing, replying whatsapp, handling call-ins/walk-ins, attendance taking Call parents/leads to follow up on enquiries Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
