We are seeking a talented and organised

Admin Assistant

1STEP Pest Control Services Pte Ltd

, based in the Tampines North East Region. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of our growing company.

What you'll be doing

Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service Support the procurement of office supplies and equipment Contribute to the development and maintenance of office systems and procedures Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of the office

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
