Admin Assistant

Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic individual who takes initiative, As a Admin Assistant, you should be proactive, jovial and have the ability to influence by displaying positive vibes to the working environment

  • Assisting the Manager on end-to-end recruitment, i.e. job postings, shortlisting, schedule and conducting interviews for hiring managers, preparing new hire\'s on-boarding, orientation and exit of staff
  • Administer the full payroll cycle process including submission of CPF
  • Assist the HR team with general HR administrative work
  • Manage claim verifications and submission of company expenses
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any field
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive, able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Good team player with positive working attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate Salary: $2,200.00 - $3,200.00 per month Benefits:

Experience:
