Provide prompt response to enquiries via calls and emails.
Assist with admin and logistical matters.
Provide support to events/ activities organized by the company.
Ensure proper documentation of all records.
Data entry, filing and scanning, etc.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
Note:
Location: Tiong Bahru
Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6:30pm & Friday, 9am to 6pm
Able to start work immediately.
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any field.
Prior admin experience is an advantage.
