Assists in planning school events e.g. catering, booking of venues, logistics etc.
Assists in office and student matters e.g. first aid, handles telephone calls, updating of late comers list / pupil files etc.
Administration and registration of access card for the turnstile gateway and biometric door access.
Student-related matters (report books, testimonial, folders, GCE level certificates collection) and updating of students data.
Assists in receptionist counter duties
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Administration Manager/ Vice Principals.

Min. GCE 'O' Level
Ability to converse with parents in Mandarin
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
Working hours
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30AM to 5.30PM
Fridays: 9.00AM to 5.30PM
Lunch Break - 30 mins
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Working locations
Bedok (School environment)
Additional info:
Salary: Up to S$2,000 per month
Contract Period: 07 December 2023 to 06 December 2023 (with option to extend based on clients discretion)
