Prepare and Issue customer invoices accurately and promptly.
Handle customer enquiries via phone and in person, providing timely and professional assistance.
Attend to walk-in-customers and support general front-desk operations.
Coordinate delivery schedules and related arrangements with the warehouse team.
Perform daily cash and cheque reconciliation and ensure timely submission to the Finance Department.
Maintain and organize administrative documentation and filing systems.
Generate and consolidate operational and administrative reports as required.
Requirements
GCE O level or equivalent qualification
Proficient in MS office applications (Excel and Word)
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with customer-oriented mindset.
Organized, proactive and able to work independently in a workshop environment.
5.5 days work-week (Monday to Saturday)
Working hours-
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm
Saturday - 8.30am to 12.30pm
