Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must be a good administrator
  • Keen to learn new systems and processes
  • Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
What You Will Do:
  • Prepare documents, which includes data entry, proofreading and editing
  • Store and organize files
  • Set up meeting templates for each meeting (typically in OneNote)
  • Draft initial report from meeting note scoring template
  • Attend meetings and take minutes to circulate
  • Update process documentation (update and create manuals and process documents)
  • Send email correspondence on behalf of the client, or directly from client's email account
  • Manage the client's calendar, including meeting invitations, trip coordination
  • Manage to-do list
  • Manage client's contact list (consolidate, update, and complete contact list from various sources such as MS Excel, Google, LinkedIn, and websites).
  • Build database through lead generation from websites or LinkedIn
  • Write articles and blogs from text-based content, adding tags for SEO and images
  • Update point person to manage blog and LinkedIn feed
  • Implement link building to increase organic ranking on Google Search
  • Prepare monthly Google Analytics reports
  • Create video content to post across social media
  • Update website content
  • Edit, upload, and caption video content
  • Create an email campaign, setting up the process for an email newsletter or campaign
  • Conduct Internet research (data and statistics for meetings, presentations, or blogs; company profiles and key personnel; competitor analysis)
  • Implement Zapier processes to automatically save files sent to specific email address
  • Coordinate corporate events, including preparation (date, time, venue), logistics, invites, follow-ups
  • Do graphics design for ebooks, social media graphics, infographics, design templates
