Handle general administrative duties, office improvements, facilities and equipment maintenance, housekeeping matters, etc.
Attend to phone calls, visitors and suppliers
Manage office stationery and supplies
Coordinate local & overseas shipment
Assist to check and pack goods for shipment when required
Assist in stock-take activity
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
GCE \'N\' Level or above
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
Proficient in MS Office software
