Assists in department administrative matters such as coordinating meeting, minutes taking.
Preparing communication materials such as emails
Manages users\' feedback
Ensure proper filing of documentations.
Manage and maintaining of audit process and documentation.
Provide secretariat support
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Able to commit min. 3 months
Min. diploma with preferably 2 to 3 years working experience in healthcare.
Proficient in IT systems, web-based applications and Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently.
Location: Connection One (Jalan Bukit Merah)
Office hours, Mon to Fri
