Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversees the timely maintenance & repair works of all company assets
  • Oversees timely payment of company utilities
  • Oversees application and renewals of company document like govt permits , insurance and leas contracts.
  • Maintains and secures company assets by regular audit
  • In charge of properly documenting employee issued company assets thru material assignment
  • Monitoring the inventory & releasing of supplies
  • Administering applications of new lines like smart, globe, etc.
  • Monitoring ang requesting budget for RFID's, Boarding house rentals
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of BS Office Management or any related course
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year working experience in Admin Department
  • Willingness for a flexible schedule depends on the needs
  • Ability to work well under minimal supervision
  • Capacity to take direction
  • Strong attention to detail
  • With good communication and writing skills
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • 10 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
