Job Description


Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for office cleanliness and tidiness, courier, answering phone call, attending to guests.
  • Keep track and replenish office pantry items and stationeries.
  • Liaise with office building management with regards to any office upkeep and maintenance such as lighting, aircon, etc.
  • Liaise with third party IT support team for server and computer matters.
  • Liaise with travel agent for travel related matters for both Singapore & Australia offices.
  • Keep track of training/seminar register and travel listing.
  • Review and process employees’ monthly expense claim.
  • Handle expense claim for EXCO members.
  • Onboarding new hire and act as a buddy to newly hired employee.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager.
  • Assist accounting transactions including accounts payables and receivables.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements Ø Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration preferred. Ø Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience. Ø Good Microsoft Office skills, Words, Excel and PowerPoint. Ø Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with 3rd party service providers and stakeholders across different jurisdictions and cultures. Ø Positive mindset, result-driven, ability to multi-task and committed. Ø Dedicated team player with ability to work under pressure, flexible and adaptable to change
