Responsible for office cleanliness and tidiness, courier, answering phone call, attending to guests.
Keep track and replenish office pantry items and stationeries.
Liaise with office building management with regards to any office upkeep and maintenance such as lighting, aircon, etc.
Liaise with third party IT support team for server and computer matters.
Liaise with travel agent for travel related matters for both Singapore & Australia offices.
Keep track of training/seminar register and travel listing.
Review and process employees’ monthly expense claim.
Handle expense claim for EXCO members.
Onboarding new hire and act as a buddy to newly hired employee.
Provide clerical and administrative support to HR Manager.
Assist accounting transactions including accounts payables and receivables.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
Ø Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
Ø Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.
Ø Good Microsoft Office skills, Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ø Strong people management, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with 3rd party service providers and stakeholders across different jurisdictions and cultures.
Ø Positive mindset, result-driven, ability to multi-task and committed.
Ø Dedicated team player with ability to work under pressure, flexible and adaptable to change
