DESIGNATION : Admin Associate (Category Management)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform administrative work such as data entry, updating records, basic reporting, inventory/ stock check, etc.
• Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders via phone and email for projects
• Plan, schedule and assist with logistics arrangement and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma or min. GCE A Levels
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, purchasing or business logistics
• IT knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, meticulous and results oriented
• Resourceful and problem solver
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, etc
