Job Description
Job Scope:
- Administrative duties
- Handle email enquiries regarding Statement of Account, invoice request, rebates and etc for Account Receivable (AR) Management for customers in Vietnam. This role will need to reach out to Vietnamese-speaking customers via email, phone and other communication channels
- Report downloads from SAP and reconciliation
- Other assigned duties
- Business language proficiency (written and spoken) in Vietnamese as this role needs to cover the Vietnam market and liaise with external stakeholders. Interested candidates must substantiate language proficiency with relevant certifications.
- Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in administrative duties or customer service
- SAP experience is good to have
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Salary - Open for negotiation
- Start Date: Immediate
- Contract Duration: 12-month contract, renewable
- Location: Innovis, Buona Vista
- Working Days and Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
