Working Location: Bedok
Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm), Sat (8am - 12pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities
Identify, source and purchase required materials.
Obtain price quotations, prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO) and handle invoice processing.
Plan and coordinate daily work schedules for drivers and workers.
Oversee stock levels and inventory to ensure adequate availability of materials.
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for materials delivery.
Support HR-related tasks such as course enrolment and workers' dormitory registration.
Monitor and update records of staff attendance, leave and medical leave.
Provide general administrative support to the team, including document filing, preparation of documents and handling customer enquiries via phone and email.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Minimum GCE N-Level.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in a similar position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
With good knowledge of purchasing procedures, including handling PO, DO, Invoices, etc.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
