Handle Training Coordination \xe2\x80\x93 Schedule seminars,
Liaise with learners,trainers and related departments & organisations to ensure programmes run smoothly
Provide customer service for all training course-related enquiries \xe2\x80\x93 incoming and outgoing
Handle Phone inquiries, send replies by email, and phone, attend to walk-in customers
Ensure timely response to customers enquires, quotation and training request
Call Prospective students to advice about training programs
Assist management in day-to-day operations and office administration
Manage and grow our presence on social platforms
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
